I aspire to be a Fitness coach who helps people reach their dream fitness goals while keeping in check their mental wellbeing. Fitness is a body and mind connection which works hand in hand and I teach people how to keep that connection healthy and stable. Seeing my clients conquering their goal gives me the motivation to keep going and work harder.
