Anastasiya's education is a Masters in Coaching and Teaching Swimming 2012 – 2016 at the Department of Water sports, Uzbek National Institute of Sports and Physical Culture
She has previously worked in 2016 – 2017 as a Swimming Coach at the Olympic Reserve Water Sports School, Uzbekistan and previous to that in 2014 – 2016 she was a Swimming Coach for Chekhov Sport Clubs, Uzbekistan.
Anastasiya is a believer in the development of an athlete through a gradual and continuous process, which must coincide along with the simultaneous cognitive and behavioral development of ones’ character. This process requires both discipline and sacrifices to reach and achieve ones’ goals. Her tenure is that of a member of the National Water Polo Team of Uzbekistan. Her experience as an athlete in international events, has given her an understanding of how effectively to manage relationships with others, adapt to different environments and situations and take a lead in motivating others to achieve a common goal.
Playing water polo at an International Level has allowed her to develop strategies which she implements when designing the training programs for all levels of swimmers. Her awareness and understanding of the technical aspects of swimming, has led her to work with all levels from baby swim programs to squads.
Anastasiya, through her work has also developed a skill set to design and run programs aimed at rehabilitation from injuries and medical operations. These programs focus on strengthening the functionality of the body.
