I am not interested in how much you can lift on the bench, I am interested in how easily you do your daily routine. 

I don't care if you have a 6 pack, I cate that you have a strong core so that your back doesn't hurt.

I am not interested in how hard you exercise, but I am interested about that you create a physical exercises routine.

My goal is not to bring you to a faster transformation, my goal is to bring you into life form.

    1. Master professor in physical education and kinesitherapy
    2. Graduate professor of sport and physical education
    3. An adviser on diet and supplementation in recreation and fitness
