MYZONE is a new innovative heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. 

MYZONE It monitors heart rate, calories and time spent exercising that converts into MYZONE Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness. MYZONE users simply wear a comfortable MYZONE Physical Activity Belt (heart rate strap), which is registered online, to monitor all concerted physical activity in real time, allowing users to view their progress in their personal account. It enhances enjoyment of physical activity by providing personal, colour-coded guidance and motivational feedback both inside and outside.

 

MYZONE® users can:

Let your heart be your guide and continue to track your workout intensity, maximize training and optimize your health! All statistics are personalized to you, using your age, height, gender and weight to provide you an accurate way to track your workouts.

 

 

Anatomy of a MYZONE Tile

The MYZONE® MZ-3 belt links with your cellphone via Bluetooth to display live, accurate workout information. This information is personalized to you – based off your unique age, height, weight, and gender information. This is the technique needed in order to provide accurate workout measurements.
Track your current effort level (color & percentage), your calories burned, and your total MEPs (MYZONE® Effort Points) earned!

MYZONE® EFFORT POINTS (MEPS)

Reach new heights! MYZONE's® app measures your performance in MEPs. MEPs are a propriety MYZONE® reward system that awards points for every minute of physical activity. MEPs are displayed in grey, blue, green, yellow or red levels based on total work out exertion. Earn more points based on your intensity level or stay within certain ranges to reach your goals by maximizing your training efficiency.


STREAM TO APPS AND EQUIPMENT

Train smart! The MZ-3 automatically streams your heart rate to enabled cardio equipment, such as the treadmill, elliptical machine, cycling bike and rower. Having your heart rate displayed on workout equipment allows you to help optimize training efforts and benefit from smarter work outs. Additionally, the MZ-3 streams via Bluetooth to the MYZONE® App and with third-party fitness applications. MYZONE® helps make you ready for every aspect of fitness!


SET GOALS AND COMPETE

Challenge your friends! Make fitness challenges and competitions with friends or fellow gym members. MYZONE® offers a complimentary fitness performance tracking site and mobile application with social functionality, which allows you to establish unique training goals and competitions. If you prefer to achieve individual goals, use the MYZONE® site and mobile application for tracking elements to establish personal fitness goals and push yourself forward.
