TRICLUB by Fitness First is a new product created to support, educate and inspire our members to take part in Fitness First sponsored events and support our members throughout the event season. TRICLUB by Fitness First also allows members to come and train with us even if they do not want to compete in any events. They can enjoy the training sessions and social elements of the club.

TRICLUB by Fitness First is the host of 3 key Fitness First signature products WATT BIKE, MASTERS SWIM and RUN CLUB.
At Fitness First we offer everything a member needs to be able to train and prepare for an event as well as simply improving their own performance. 


Our WATT BIKE classes are designed to give you a varied training session to increase results. We have 3 different sessions for you to choose from.

Masters Swim

Masters Swim is a swimming program aimed at adults, 18 and older, who can swim a minimum of 400m front crawl uninterrupted, regardless of how fast or slow, looking to take their swimming to the next level.

The program consists of on-deck-coaching where the coach follows structured and progressive workouts and provides feedback, instructions and technique tips throughout the session.

Family Master Swim

Family Masters Swim is a swimming programme aimed at any age group who can swim a minimum of 400m front crawl uninterrupted, regardless of how fast or slow, looking to take their swimming to the next level. It aims to provide an inclusive and accessible swim program to promote health, wellness, fitness, and competition for adults and helps them reach their peak performance.

WATT Bike

Our WATT bike classes are designed to give you a varied training session to increase results. We have 3 different sessions for you to choose from.

  1. General Conditioning: Build and increase your aerobic and anaerobic capacity. You will see your boost fitness levels and burn some calories at the same time!
  2. Lactate Threshold: We push your Lactate threshold to stimulate your anaerobic capacity on the Wattbike.
  3. Aerobic Strength: Increase and improve your aerobic capacity on the Wattbike.

Run Club by Fitness First

To help members train for the forthcoming running events we have launched a running club that will be led by our expert trainers. Running in a group will really help you stay motivated and aid your training with advice and coaching. We have 3k, 5k & 10k routes.

Kids Run Club (7-12yrs)

We are launching kids run club To help them train for the forthcoming family events.  The class will help kids to run more efficiently, improve their fitness level and have fun at the same time.

Tri-Core

Our brick training sessions are designed to work you from one discipline to another. For example: Swim to Bike or Bike to Run. We will prepare your body to become more efficient and effective as your body demands more from you at this stage of a triathlon.

This session is hosted at the Dubai Autodrome, a 2.46km circuit. Ideal session to bring your children for a family ride whether it be to boost confidence on the bike of get some extra km on the clock, this is a great family ride.

Tri-Community Classes

Every week we will host sessions to encourage the Tri Club Community to get together to motivate and encourage each other! You can pick which session you would like to attend or even attend them all!

  3. Open Water Swims at Sunset Beach (Oct)

Outdoor Bike Rides

1. Revolution Nights at Al Qudra Cycle Path

Where: First car park at Al Qudra Cycle Path

Date: Every Monday from 19:30

Distance: 35km

Pace: Pace starts at 30km/h, increasing in pace every 8km

Details: For those of you looking for a fun and sociable weekday ride, helping to build strength and stamina, this is the ride for you! This is group specifically aimed at cyclists wishing to build group riding skills.

 

2. TrainDubai by Activelife Daman

Where: Dubai Autodrome

Date: Every Wednesday 18:00 – 21:00

Distance: Set your own distance

Pace: Set your own pace

Details: The weekly Wednesday event brought to you by Activelife Daman, is held from 6pm to 9pm at the Dubai Autodrome. Enjoy the 2.46km Dubai Autodrome Club Circuit under floodlights all year round.

A safe controlled environment the whole family can enjoy

Cyclists, runners and walkers are all welcome

On-site support and guidance for cyclists

Revolution Cycles Pop Up Shop for any last minute cycling supply purchases

Bike rental from Revolution Cycles (demand is high so advance booking is a must 04 369 7441)

All cyclists and roller-bladers MUST wear a helmet. No pets or animals allowed.

 

 

3.Friday Outrides

Where: If you come off the Dubai Bypass Road onto the Al Qudra road towards Bab Al Shams, we start from the bottom of the ‘stick’ which is the beginning of the Dubai Cycle Path. Car park spaces and toilet facilities are available

Date: Every Friday starting at 6:00am

Distance: Various, from 35km/45km to 104km

Pace: From 20 to 36km/h

Details of the 4 rides:

  • 35 km & 45km beginners ride (AKA Slow Poke Ride) 20 – 25km per hour average (If you have always wanted to ride in a group but never found one for beginners well this is for you.) 
  • 65 km intermediate rides , 3 options, 28km / 30km & 32km/h average.
  • 85 km intermediate ride 3 options, 32km / 34km & 36km/h average.
  • 104 km Advanced ride 2 options, 34km & Fast 36+km/h average.

Kit: CSD kit is a must

 

4. Legendary Bab Al Shams Coffee Ride

Start: If you come off the Dubai Bypass Road onto the Al Qudra road towards Bab Al Shams, we start from the top of the ‘stick’ which is the beginning of the Dubai Cycle Path. Car park spaces and toilet facilities are available

Date: Every Saturday 06:00am (times change between summer and winter)

Distance: + – 60km with a coffee stop half way at beautiful Bab Al Shams. https://connect.garmin.com/modern/course/12187358

Pace: Between 30-35+ km/h

Details: THREE different ride groups. All experienced riders welcome to the legendary Saturday morning Coffee Run. A great opportunity to mix with the rest of the cycling community.

  • 6.00am: Recovery group (Decaf Ride) 28-30 km/h
  • 6:05am: Intermediate group (Cappuccino Ride) 32-34 km/h
  • 6:10am: Fast group (Espresso Ride AKA The Pain Train) 35km+ km/h

Or Long Way Round 85km

  • 5:30am: 28 – 32 km/h

Remember to give your coffee order before departure so we can have your order ready on arrival.

No support car on the LONG way round, make sure your capable of the distance and carry the necessary emergency spares.

All riders should all arrive at Bab Al Shams at the same time.

NOTE: There is a 40Dhs charge per person for the coffee, juice, pastry and water at Bab Al Shams.

All events: NO HELMET NO RIDE!
