The MZ-Switch is a heart rate monitor that allows you to track intensity during physical activity even underwater and watch live stats using your mobile device. Measure your effort and intensity level on a minute-by-minute basis and challenge your friends to compete with you. Different skill levels? No problem. Now anyone can monitor and earn Myzone effort points (MEPs) for every single type of physical activity thanks to the integration of both ECG and PPG sensors. This means that reaching the World Health Organization’s guidelines for physical activity (which equates to 1300 MEPs per month) is more attainable than ever.

The MYZONE® MZ-3 belt links with your cellphone via Bluetooth to display live, accurate workout information. This information is personalized to you – based off your unique age, height, weight, and gender information. This is the technique needed in order to provide accurate workout measurements. Track your current effort level (color & percentage), your calories burned, and your total MEPs (MYZONE® effort points) earned!
