Visitors to our website are required to accept the following terms and conditions in return for the information given about us, our business and the services we provide. Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Memberships are personal to the member and are non-transferable except on request to the Club's General Manager and on payment of an administration fee. Start Up fees and Membership fees are non-refundable upon resignation or termination for any reason whatsoever. The Management reserves the right to periodically review their prices, charges and fees and implement these accordingly. VAT is applicable to all transactions as per local law. Monthly subscription is payable on the 1st of every month through credit/debit card arrangements as indicated by your signature on the Membership Application Form.
2. Failure to use the Club or non-usage of the Club's facilities does not eliminate the obligation to pay all the subscriptions on time nor grants a refund. If for any reason your credit card becomes inactive, it is your responsibility to provide the club with new credit card details immediately. For payments that default on the 1st of the month they will be subsequently charged until the payment is collected. In such cases access to the club will be denied until the outstanding fees are paid. A 'late payment fee' of AED 50 + applicable taxes will be charged for all payments received after the 15th of the month. The collection dates may change in the future. The Management will cancel any membership on which fees are unpaid for three months, thereafter the Management also has the right to continue to attempt to charge for these dues accordingly. Legal action will be taken to recover any outstanding dues from the member. You may not rejoin any of our Clubs until the outstanding amount is paid.
3. A One Month membership cannot be frozen. The freeze period must be for a duration of not less than 1 month and for a maximum of 3 months in any 12, and must run from the 1st to the end of the month. A freeze fee of AED 47.5 + applicable taxes per month will be applicable. Members cannot use the Club, its services or facilities during this period and Freeze cannot be used as a notice of cancellation. Membership freeze on one subscription is not permitted.
4. Members applying for 'Termination' or 'Freeze' from the Club must complete a form with the General Manager prior to the 25th of the current month, for the request to take effect the following month. Termination of a membership that has been frozen shall be subject to full monthly dues for the notice period. Freeze period is excluded from the minimum term. Cancellation of any upfront payment membership is not permitted and the amount paid is non-refundable. All monthly paid memberships are open-ended, therefore we will continue to deduct membership dues until a request to cancel is received from the member. Monthly memberships do not automatically cancel after the initial minimum term indicated. Such requests must be made in writing to the Club's General Manager before the 25th of the month for the next month to be considered as the last month of dues. The member shall obtain a confirmation in writing from the club that the Termination has been applied.
5. Members and their guests exercise and use the facilities at their own risk and are advised to consult their physician prior to commencing any type of physical exercise.
6. Temporary lockers will be provided by the Club and must be cleared daily. Unclaimed properties will be kept by the Club for a period of 1 week after which the Management reserves the right to dispose of the items in any way it sees fit. The Management does not take any responsibility for the items kept in the lockers.
7. All members must abide by the rules of the Club and adhere to the etiquette of the Club, which may be amended and/or added to from time to time at the Management's discretion. Specific childcare policy applies.
8. Leisure Unlimited LLC or its subsidiaries accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to members' or their guests' properties or for death/injuries sustained whilst on the premises. Members and their guests agree that no claims will be made against the Company, Leisure Unlimited LLC, the Management or staff for any reason whatsoever.
9. All amounts payable under this Agreement shall be exclusive of value added tax or similar indirect tax (VAT). Where VAT is payable under this Agreement, the consideration for the supply of goods/services shall be increased by an amount equal to the amount of VAT, applicable at the prevailing rate at the time such supply is made. Payment of VAT, as applicable under law, is a prerequisite under this Agreement.

Ramadan Transformation Challenge

Open to members and non-members and rates may differ.

PARQ is a must be filled by all participants

Sessions are non-refundable/non-transferrable.

If a member does not show up for the workout, it will be classified as No Show and a session will be considered consumed. The whole group count of sessions stays the same.

Junior Membership

1. Junior membership is available only at selected clubs.
2. Membership is open to individuals aged 5 to 15 years old.
3. Junior members can attend a variety of classes designed for their age group, but prior booking is essential to secure a spot in these classes.
4. Junior members aged 5-12 years old must be always accompanied by an adult within the club premises.
5. Junior membership fees will be applied in accordance with the club's pricing structure.
6. The junior membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
7. Junior members must wear appropriate attire and footwear when using club facilities.
8. Junior members are required to adhere to all club rules and regulations pertaining to child's safety.
9. Junior membership does not grant access to certain club facilities, such as saunas, steam rooms, or other age-restricted areas.

Transformation Package

1. The expiry of the Transformation Package is 60 Days from start date.
2. The Transformation Package is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
3. It cannot be mixed with any other package.
4. Minimum age required to buy the package is 16 years old.
5. Tabby can be used to pay for the package. As the price is higher than the limit of Tabby, payment can be split into Tabby plus card/cash.
6. Membership cannot be frozen.

Senior Membership

1. Available to everyone who completed 60 years and above
2. Available based on legal ID proof confirming age eligibility

Free Month Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. You must bring the voucher/voucher code to Front of House to be eligible for promotion redemption.
2. You must follow the redemption rules as stated in the promotion Ts&Cs.
3. Not redeemable for cash & not exchangeable.
4. One per person.
5. Lost, expired, or redeemed vouchers will not be replaced, and only original vouchers must be handed in to reception.

GENERAL COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

The winners will be contacted directly by Fitness First Middle East and will be required to produce a valid ID to collect the prize.

The winners will need to revert to the contact person at Fitness First Middle East within 48 hours of being contacted.

Failure to do so will result in the next eligible entry being selected as the winner.

Fitness First Middle East shall not be responsible or liable for any late, lost, misdirected notifications or for a winner's unsuccessful efforts to claim the prize.

The prize is not transferable or tradable for cash. The prize is subject to change at Fitness First Middle East's sole discretion without notice.

During the presale phase of a new club, any membership plan on giveaway for a social media competition will be in effect once the respective club opens.

Group Exercise Class Credits (GX Pass)

Fitness First offers a variety of classes that are available as part of the purchased membership or as paid classes on Fitness First timetable

Fitness First booking policy applies to all classes and by booking a class you agree to all Ts&Cs associated with it, available in User Guide on the Fitness First MENA app

Class bookings are made on the Fitness First MENA app

Where credits are indicated on the Fitness First MENA app, you must purchase credits at reception or on the app in order to book and attend those classes

Each class will indicate the number of credits required to book and attend the class and varies based on type of the class.

If you are purchasing a package of classes, you can utilise it against standard classes, note that more specialized classes will consume additional credits as indicated on the booking app

Purchasing of credits does not guarantee a slot in the class, only classes with available slots can be booked

You will only be able to book, providing you have sufficient credits available in your account

You must arrive 15 mins prior to the class start time and, in that time, the class instructor will mark you Attended or No Show

Late arrival or No show will result you being marked as No Show and credits will be consumed for that booking and cannot be reversed

Cancellation policy applies, Late Cancellation is applied if you cancel your booking with less than 90 min prior to class start time, this will result in your credits being consumed and cannot be reversed

Credits have expiry dates depending on the package you purchased, expired credits cannot be used to book classes and will be deemed consumed

Credit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable

During your visit, Fitness First Club Rules are to be followed at all times
