BIOGRAPHY
I spent two years with the US forces as a Corporal of the Guard (C.O.G) which included conducting Physical Activities each morning for my 40 combatants. Since then, I have spent 7 years as a personal trainer. Through both experiences, I discovered the importance of working out as a priority; it’s motivating, sets the day’s pace as well as helps to improve one’s health. It’s my obligation to keep you GOING and with consistency, so you’ll undoubtedly achieve your GOALS. Try working out with me and you’ll never regret having chosen me as your Trainer.
