About the Coach : The two years spent with US forces as a Corporal of theGuard (C.O.G) with 40 combatants under me, conducting Physical Activities each morning, I discovered the importance of working out as a priority; it’s motivating, sets the day’s pace as well as helps to improve one’s health.
