8:45 AM – Arrival & Welcome Detox Shot: Start your day with a refreshing detox shot to energize your body.

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM – Yoga & Meditation Session at the Beach: Engage in a relaxing yoga and meditation session by the serene beach, perfect for calming your mind and body.

10:00 AM – 11:30 AM – Art Breakfast & Mandala Painting: Enjoy a healthy breakfast while participating in a mandala hand painting workshop, guided by an experienced color therapist.

11:30 AM – 12:00 PM – Wellness Talk: Listen to expert-led discussions on women’s health and the benefits of holistic wellness
