To help members train for the forthcoming running events we have launched a running club that will be led by our expert trainers. Running in a group will really help you stay motivated and aid your training with expert advice and coaching.

We strongly recommend that you attend as many weekly sessions as you can to gain the most out of your training. Compliment these efforts with our suggested group exercise and gym floor classes as well as personal training sessions.
