Incorporating handheld weights, you will flow breath to movement in a heated experience with added cardio bursts to torch calories and boost your metabolism. You will sculpt your muscles in this full body vinyasa practice with added bicep curls, squats, and pushups as you listen to energizing and inspired music. You will stay in control of your intensity level making this practice appropriate for all levels. Class is 60 min heated 85-97 F.
