Cryo is not suitable for elderly or pregnant persons, or anyone with heart/respiratory disease, diabetes, open wounds, blood pressure or circulation issues (e.g. Raynaud’s), or nerve damage.
Do not use if under the influence of alcohol, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, stimulants, hypnotics, or tranquilizers.
