I have been in the Sports and Fitness industry for most of my life. With practicing martial arts (Karate & Kickboxing) since the age of 6 and a background of military training, I can combine both to create competitive and fun personalized training programs for you to reach your goal.

I have also been training for and competing at national & international levels so I understand the discipline and hard work it takes to achieve your goals and how to overcome different types of challenges you might face along the way. Throughout many years in the industry I have developed a strong understanding and knowledge in working with different types of clients including those who are new to fitness and those recovering from injury.
