The Core Challenge is probably a movement you’ve never attempted to try before and this move is designed to really engage that core strength while improving your muscular endurance. The goal of the challenge is to generate as many full reps as possible in a 02:00 min working window, you can rest the legs when needed and focus on keeping the arms fully extended with the Dumbbells above the chest at all times. Build this into your workouts as a finisher and see how many Reps you can improve every time you test it!

There are 2 recommended working loads: Male Advanced = 24 kgs Female Advanced = 15 kgs Male Beginner = 12 kgs Female Beginner = 8 kgs
