Get ready to participate in your club MYZONE Challenge and get a chance to WIN experience vouchers every week for 4 weeks.

Mechanics:

The challenge is to earn the below minimum number of MEPs set each week to be in for a chance to win a prize

Starting on 13th April, a weekly draw will be conducted in each club to randomly select a winner from those who have achieved the minimum number of MEPs set for that week (see below).

WEEK 1 (13th - 19th April) - 300 MEPs    

WEEK 2 (April 20^th - April 26^th) - 600 MEPs

WEEK 3 (27th April - 3rd May) - 900 MEPs

WEEK 4 (4th - 10th May) - 1,300 MEPs

Only MEPs earned in Blue, Green, Yellow and Red zones will be counted.

In the last week of the holy month, the 3 top male and 3 top female members with the highest number of MEPs from each club will 'switch it up' a gear as they battle it out for a chance to win the new MZ-Switch and up to 1-year Fitness First Membership.

Looking for some extra motivation?

As an added incentive, Fitness First will donate AED 1 for every 1000 MEPs earned by members across the Middle East during the holy month.

NOTE: Everyone who accepts and completes the Switch UP Your Focus MZ Challenge will receive a Certificate of Recognition from FF.

How To Take Part

• Accept the MYZONE challenge invite sent to you on your MYZONE registered email address and in the MYZONE member app.
• If you cannot find the email, please check your junk folder. App invites will be visible in your app inbox.
• Click ‘Accept’ and you are in the challenge, it’s as simple as that.
• Start working out with your MYZONE belt to start earning MEPs.
• If you achieved the mentioned number of MEPs for that week, you will be entered into the draw to be in for a chance to win the weekly prize.
• Members need to make sure to use their app while they are working out to avoid delays in uploading and the possibility of not counting the MEPs.
• If any issues arise, for example, you did not receive the challenge, please contact Fitness First Call Centre Support Team at info.ff@custhelp.com or call 800-FITNESS (3486377) THREE days BEFORE the weekly draw for support.

Competition Terms and Conditions

• The competition will be open to all FF members, new and existing.
• Staff can take part but are NOT eligible to win prizes.
• The challenge is open to Fitness First members who are residents of the United Arab Emirates, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Qatar and are aged 18 years old and above.
• The competition to win prizes is not open to employees of Fitness First, freelance, contributors or anyone else connected to the company.
• Entrants into the competition shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• To be eligible to win prizes, you must be an active member at the time of announcing the prizes and your membership must be clear of any arrears at the time of entering the competition as well as at the time of announcing winners.
• Only MEPs achieved in the set period will qualify for the challenge. Again, members need to make sure to use their MYZONE App while they are working out to avoid delays in uploading and the possibility of not counting the MEPs.
• The challenge starts on the 13^th April 2021 and ends at 11:59 pm on the 10^th May 2021. Ensure that your MEPs are uploaded before the challenge ends.
• The winners will be selected by way of an electronic draw from all entries received following these Terms & Conditions.

• The weekly prize: the weekly winners selected will receive various prizes and will be announced 2 days after the weekly draw.

• Each winner will be notified by phone, email, and SMS by a representative of Fitness First directly. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of being notified of their win, the winner's prize is forfeited and Fitness First shall be entitled to select another winner following the process described above. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Fitness First shall be entitled to select another winner.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
• For clubs that are currently closed, prizes will be collected from designated clubs once we resume normal operations.
• The winner consents to the use by Fitness First, and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the competition for an unlimited time, of the winner's image, photography and name for publicity purposes if required, and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the competition, all entrants consent to the same.

Prizes Terms and conditions

• RAYYA Spa AED 250 value vouchers (vouchers applicable to the following services: Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone Halo Therapy, Manipulative Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Detox Massage) – vouchers are not exchangeable for cash; 90 days expiration from date of issue. Vouchers cannot be transferred to another person or sold for cash.
  • Vouchers to be used throughout the entire validity period of the agreement
  • Vouchers validity is 90 days from the date of issue
  • Vouchers are non-refundable & non-exchangeable for cash
  • Vouchers cannot be combined with any other o­ffers or discounts
• 3D Scanner winners will have a validity of 90 days after the draw.
• Please note there is a 6 months warranty in FF and 1-year warranty for MZ International with MZ Switch.
