TUFF is a high intensity class which consists of functional body weight, barbell and plate exercises moving through 3 planes of motion. You can expect to see variations in the squat, lunge, push up as well as boxing moves to elicit peaks in heart rates. TUFF classes will increase lean body tissue, develop cardiovascular efficiency, and burn calories - the main aim is to help you move better and ultimately lead a better life.
