About
Rose is passionate about swimming and the outdoors. She is from Kenya and joined Fitness First Swim Academy in 2016 - 2019. She took a gap year to Kenya and re-joined in back 2020. She had taught different ages and abilities in various swim schools in Nairobi ,Kenya and in Muscat, Oman.

Her interests are in wellness and exploring new life challenges both indoors and outdoors. Rose is an Ironman 70.3 Dubai Finisher 2019 and enjoys exploring new places and modelling. Her goal is to complete a full marathon and Ironman 140.6 triathlon in near future, 2023 Muscat 70.3 is calling. She also loves the outdoors and climbing Mountains.
