          Been in the Fitness Industry for 15 years. Passion on Training different people to achieve their Fitness Goal is my "Things To Do". I find it a more challenging journey while handling different races and cultures but, applying the principles of exercise is the best i can give. People's Fitness Goals are my achievements.
