Terms & Conditions

  1. Member must join or renew their membership on upfront 6-month membership and above in any UAE Fitness First club or online from 1st October 2024 – 31st October 2024, to be eligible to enter the draw. If the date of joining or renewing falls before or after the aforementioned dates, entry will not be included in the draw.
  2. Minimum age to enter the draw is 16 years old.
  3. All the new joiners and renewals will automatically enter the draw and winners will be selected by way of an electronic draw and will be announced by 6th November 2024. Please note all complimentary memberships received will not be included in the draw.
  4. Only one winner will be selected from our clubs across UAE.
  5. Winner will be contacted directly by Fitness First Middle East and will be required to produce a valid ID to collect the prize
  6. The winner will need to revert to the contact person at Fitness First Middle East within 48 hours of being contacted. Failure to do so will result in the next eligible entry being selected as the winner.
  7. Fitness First Middle East shall not be responsible or liable for any late, lost, misdirected notifications or for a winner’s unsuccessful efforts to claim the prize.
  8. The prize is subject to change at Fitness First Middle East’s sole discretion without notice.
  9. Fitness First Middle East reserves the right to accept any user and to disqualify any user once accepted if it has reasonable grounds. Non-compliance with the guidelines and Terms & Conditions will automatically disqualify the winner from availing the prize. In the event that any entry is disqualified or is unreachable where the selected entry is a winner, Fitness First Middle East may use its sole discretion to decide what to do with the prize. Any new User selected in such an event shall be subject to these Terms & Conditions.
  10. Employees, freelancers, contributors, or anyone else connected to Fitness First are NOT eligible to win prizes.
  11. To be eligible to win this prize, you must be an active member at the time of announcing the prizes and your membership must be clear of any arrears at the time of entering the competition as well as at the time of announcing winners.
  12. The winner consents to the use by Fitness First, and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the competition for an unlimited time, of the winner's image, photography and name for publicity purposes if required, and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the competition, all entrants consent to the same.
  13. Valid for UAE residents only and for active members.
  14. Advance booking is required, and it is subject to availability;
  15. Not available on blackout dates
  16. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  17. The winner will be receiving a call from Wellbeings Holistic Healing team to give the full details of the wellcation.
  18. 3-day prior notice is required for booking cancellation.
  19. All terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
