Biography
I’m a certified personal trainer with 4 years of experience and I have a bachelor's degree in physical education. I’m engage in fitness for my whole life, however pandemic pushes me to help and share my knowledge with everyone to be fit and illness free. From the very young age of 10’ I have been involved in athletics which are track & field sprints, relays and distance run. I was also a varsity player of women’s basketball and during this era I developed my discipline about time management to handle both academics and sports. My approach to fitness is centered on “Health is wealth”; holistic wellness, functional fitness, building strength and confidence. I am passionate about helping everyone in their fitness journey, energized to always encourage everyone to move. I believe that everyone has unique goals and abilities, and I tailor my program to meet everyone's needs.
