"One step at a time" 

As my parents and mentors always tells me, this has been something I continuously apply ever since to myself and clients! Helping you build foundation in fitness productively, one step at a time. 

I've been known as "the bigger one" among me and my sister and although I've always been on the move, such as being a volleyball athlete and a gym enthusiast since I was 15, I never seemed to achieve my fitness goal until I was 20 when someone helped me meet them, funnily I came to learn the importance of having somebody helping you and tailoring a program for YOUR OWN body type.

This is how I want to show up for my people ; Challenging, fun, motivating, naturally transformative , and non-intimidating - personalised just for you. Look stronger, feel stronger!
