BIOGRAPHY
I was an athlete since childhood. Im a runner in 3000 m distance, i have a black belt in Taekwondo. I practice the sport of Full contact, Kickboxing and CrossFit, I'm a Dancer and i create my own choreography, I'm a Football player.
My interest in sports was strong, and it became a lifestyle and a way of living, so I worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor for nearly 12 years. My love for sports is limitless, I love challenges and trying new things.
I'm here to inspire and motivate peoples to live a healthy lifestyle that makes people feel good all year round. I share my experience to help you achieve that flat stomach and your dream body.
